Crosslist is the more automated product
Crosslist’s current pricing page explicitly advertises autoposting, sales detection, one-click delist/relist, mobile access, bulk actions and marketplace updates. If the goal is to centralize as much reseller work as possible into a hosted platform, Crosslist has the broader automation story.
It also supports 11+ marketplaces across several countries and has a mature knowledge base and affiliate/review ecosystem.
SyncListing keeps more of the workflow visible
SyncListing is designed around assistive crossposting. You choose where to list, it opens/fills the marketplace create page, you inspect the result and click Post. When something sells, its De-list workflow helps you work through live copies rather than automatically deleting them.
That can be attractive if you prefer to see what each marketplace is receiving or you simply do not want a cloud service acting in the background.
The marketplace maps are not the same
Crosslist’s public marketplace list currently emphasizes eBay, Poshmark, Vinted, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Whatnot and WooCommerce. SyncListing v2.5.0 supports Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Poshmark, Depop, eBay, Craigslist, Kijiji, LesPAC, VarageSale and Karrot.
Neither list is universally better. Etsy, Grailed, Whatnot and WooCommerce matter to some sellers; Kijiji, LesPAC, VarageSale and Karrot matter to others.
Pricing: compare the bill you would actually pay
SyncListing currently has one paid tier at $14.99 CAD/month or $119 CAD/year. Crosslist currently starts at $29.99/month with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond plans, and its monthly listing allowance changes by tier.
If you are comparing from Canada, also pay attention to currency. A CAD sticker price and a USD sticker price are not directly comparable at face value.
Who should choose which?
